No. Firms is currently a higher-usage plan, not a separate multi-seat workspace. It gives one account twice the included usage of Pro, without team administration, pooled seats, or separate member logins.
Service Credits is the legal name for the AI usage allowance included with a paid plan. It is used only inside Lawbot Express and is not cash or a bank balance. Usage is consumed as you research, summarise, draft, and work with files. The number of tasks is not fixed because larger models, longer answers, deeper research, and bigger files use more than short requests. Your billing settings show the percentage remaining.
No. Pro and Firms include a defined usage allowance. Firms includes twice the Pro allowance. Showing usage as an allowance rather than a message count keeps the system fair because different legal tasks can require very different amounts of model work.
Access to paid usage pauses when the active allowance is exhausted. A monthly or annual subscriber can wait for the next monthly refresh or move to a higher-usage plan. A one-time buyer can purchase another eligible plan when more usage is needed.
One-time plans do not renew: usage is credited upfront and remains valid for one month. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and refresh usage each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are paid yearly, while usage still refreshes monthly for all 12 months.
Annual billing gives 12 months of access for the price of 11 discounted monthly payments. The pricing card shows the monthly equivalent and the full amount billed for the year.
The free plan gives two messages per day, mini-model case search, and verified Indian citations with no credit card required. Drafting and the full paid model toolkit require a paid plan.
Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings under Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Lawbot Express uses Razorpay. Available methods can include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking, depending on the payment gateway and your issuer. Checkout shows the final charge before payment.
Refunds are handled case by case under the published refund policy. The free plan and one-time Trial option let you evaluate Lawbot Express before choosing a larger plan or subscription.
